At SERRE, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details regarding order processing, shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- During high-demand periods, product launches, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Timeline
We currently ship across India.
- Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation via Email and/or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable).
- Your tracking ID and courier details.
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your SERRE Account and visiting the My Orders section on serre.in.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment.
Please ensure:
- Someone is available to receive the package.
- Your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
- You answer courier calls whenever possible to avoid delivery delays.
Failed Delivery & Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us because:
- The delivery could not be completed after multiple attempts,
- The customer refused to accept the order,
- An incorrect or incomplete address was provided,
- The customer was unavailable,
the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
Once the returned package is successfully received and verified at our warehouse, any eligible refund will be processed within 4 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged package,
- An incorrect product,
- A missing item,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos & unboxing videos of the package and product. Our team will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
